e-ryt 500, yoga medicine therapeutic specialist

i discovered yoga over fifteen years ago as a way to balance a busy career in human resources. drawn in by the benefits of vinyasa, i became a regular at my neighborhood studio, later joining the support staff while completing my first 300-hour teacher training in 2012.

i began teaching that same year with a mission to make yoga more approachable to more people. by 2014, my path expanded into event-based yoga, and i founded popular local yoga & beer brand balance & brews. in 2016–2017, i co-created a nationwide brewery yoga tour with dozens of stops each year.

when the pandemic paused large-scale events in 2020, i literally turned inward—studying restorative and down-regulating practices to support deep healing, nervous system regulation, and resilience.

my teaching draws on  experience across diverse styles; a blend of the wisdom of traditional eastern philosophies and modern western sciences. this dedicated approach has earned me a reputation as a trusted yoga guide who creates safe, supported and expansive spaces for modern day bodies to explore with integrity and experience the subtle energetics of the practice as a way to heal self and society.
