the apothecary’s mixed-use wellness studio and classroom is an open space enhanced by earthy and relaxed textures for an incredibly cozy design that fosters meaningful connection. bookended by our in-house soap lab, boutique, and aromatherapy bar, something aromatically brilliant is always brewing – and we welcome you to settle and share the vibes before and after every yoga class.

standard class schedule

  • 9:30am | 60 min

    a gentle class to find ease of flow in the body and mind. class will focus on slow, thoughtful movements, tissue hydration, and restorative practices. the goal of this practice is for practitioners to leave feeling well-balanced.

  • 10:45am | 20 min

    guided meditation sessions to cultivate a more mindful lifestyle. meditations are donation based, with proceeds benefiting social service organizations around cleveland.

  • 7:00pm | 60 min

    a vinyasa flow that incorporates just a bit of mindful slowdown to encourage harmony in body and mind. approaches will vary to support the season, pulling inspiration from traditional yoga philosophy, chinese medicine, and support for our mental well-being. the goal of this practice is for practitioners to leave feeling strong and supported.

  • 6:00pm | 60 min

    a vinyasa flow that incorporates just a bit of mindful slowdown to encourage harmony in body and mind. approaches will vary to support the season, pulling inspiration from traditional yoga philosophy, chinese medicine, and support for our mental well-being. the goal of this practice is for practitioners to leave feeling strong and supported.

  • 6:00pm | 60 min

    a well-balanced vinyasa flow featuring the incomparable styles of some of your favorite local teachers. yoga flows will be followed by open socials with aromatherapy bar specials and featured offerings from local beverage and food vendors. classes scheduled 1-2x monthly.

  • 10:45am | 60 min

    an amped up version of mindful vinyasa. we'll flow just a bit quicker and explore our strength and balance a bit more – all are welcome, but this flow will be paced for practitioners with a deeper understanding of yoga and those seeking more challenge. expect a loud, fun environment to explore physical and mental strength.
