nourish yoga sessions are designed to harness the mind-body connection of a yoga practice into the creation of healthy nutrition habits off the mat.
after a 45-minute flow, ivana petrovic, a registered and licensed dietician and certified yoga instructor, will lead the group through a 30-minute nutrition lecture + discussion. students will be given a takeaway assignment + time to review, ask questions, journal and jot down personal nutrition goals related to each nutrition topic.
